Can you help painting alloys!! do i or not.

i am thinking of getting the wheels on my new motor sorted. as it is going in to the body shop to get the door done. i was thinking of of getting the wheels done at the same time.

 

i was thinking shiny black is the only i think of what the colour is. just wiondering if any one can work magic on a computer and show me how it would look. this is the image i have got.

 

as i have not picked the car up yet.

There's a company called Lap tab of something similar that refurd wheels and there's loads of examples of different finishes on there. I got quite excited by that. Was thinking about getting matt black centres on mine and shiny black/dark chrome on the lips. So I'm with you on the dark wheels thing, reckon it would look good.

Moody, I like it. The only thing I will say is I've had a few different types of black wheels - normal wheels painted black, matt black ones from factory and Konigs with black centres and polished lips. As you know, keeping a black car clean is difficult and black wheels more so - the dirt/brake dust really shows up and it can look quite scummy, so worth considering.
