Chris and Alana
hi guys, iv recently fiddled with my restrictor ring and im getting a nice steady 14psi so im looking into getting an EBC to up the boost. Iv seen 2 Im after and was just wondering what your opinions on these are and which would be the best buy http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-ELECTRONIC-TURBO-BOOST-CONTROLLER-VALVE-EVC-EBC-KIT_W0QQitemZ220080579757QQihZ012QQcategoryZ72205QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem and http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-TRUST-GREDDY-PROFEC-B-SPEC-II-BOOST-CONTROLLER_W0QQitemZ290079756420QQihZ019QQcategoryZ32094QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Also how are these DIY jobbies (can I fit them myself) or do they need setting up professionaly? Thanks guys

Clarkey
I'd recommend the Blitz EBC Dual Solenoid. Get a quote from the traders.
Chris and Alana
Thanks guys, I like the look of the one in the first link at £140. the price is good, it holds hi and low settings and has a built in turbo timer (from what I read) which would save buying one seperatly, it also looks nice aswel. The only thing im not sure about is if its a good unit or a cheapo ebay thing that wont work very well. I know the G-ready unit is a safe bet and not too expensive, it will suit my needs but I like the cheaper one. Are these hard to install? paul mac
if you installing and setting up yourself go greddy you wont find an easier BC to set up, it does exactly what it says on the tin, controls boost (reliably) with no whistles or bangs , as used by mine and a few others including this bad boy http://www.jm-imports.co.uk/cars_forsale_r34ninur.htm
Chris and Alana
thanks paul. Ithink it may be best to go for a EBC everyone knows works so the Greaddy it is. Are they easy to install and set up yourself? Im just asking coz the instructions are probably going to be in jap. Thanks

Thanks installation is very simple you only need power and a boost source (back of the plenum is good) to the control solenoid then a feed from the solenoid to the turbo, do a search as i am sure someone posted the conections to the turbo, for setting up you will need a reasonable stretch of "private" road
