Hi David,

Thanks for yor email re the Supra.

I have just come back from the engine builder. It is being mounted on a dyno today, as this overheating problem we have had is still very much a thorn in our side.

We have had three specialists in this field look at it, with pain staking testing, rolling road sessions and diagnostic work. It is widely felt, that it is the engine now....on the exhaust side of the head. Could well be exhaust gases breaking through to water jackets, however the results in a "sniff" test were inconclusive.

But...rest assured, she will be out this year for a full assault in the GT's.....and she will win!

We also have another V plate RZ waiting in the wings to be converted, but this has been delayed due to the other cars problems.

Also, please be aware of anybody considering the new Hydra unit ECU for their Supra. Although Hydra themselves say that they are compatible with the Supra, that is not strictly true and we found the hard way.

Hope all is well.
