DrivingTheDream
As above really. I'm getting a FMIC on Thurs and was wondering if I'll see any improvement in performance. My car has done around 75k and a 93, so its seen some action.

merckx
Give it a poke and see if it crumbles like a Cadbury's Flake.
terawua
Give it a poke and see if it crumbles like a Cadbury's Flake. Indeedy the fins will have started falling off of just crumble if you poke them with a screwdriver. Mine looked like that when I took it off. I fitted an FMIC very soon afterwards thanks to Supradibbs group buy a couple of years ago. FMIC's look better anyhow though some would argue their effectiveness and the trade offs regarding engine cooling detriments.
