Who is the event mod for the Santapod area?
I am currently chatting with them about the possibility of a Supra only day, currently getting prices for 10 to 20 cars, more if interest is high.

just chat away, then PM any of us to help. Our role is to assist members. Go to the Snr Mods etc for assistance and backing if needed. Organisation assistance that sort of thing !!

Just had a mail back, I have to call them on Friday to discuss further, would be helpful if I could get rough numbers and what people would be willing to pay.
Also turns out that track hire cost and mini event cost are very different.
I will keep all posted.
I spoke with them today and they are going to send out some different price ideas.
I will post up more info when I have it :D

If we can get 70+ cars to a manky industrial estate on the north circular, on a weeknight in 2 degree weather I'm sure we can get more than 30 to Santa Pod for the day :d

As soon as all the info comes through I will let you know.
If we want a private day then the numbers will be restricted to something like 20-30 cars, if more want to go then there are other RWYB type days where we could have 50+ spaces and a club area put aside.

Quick update on this as I havent forgotten :D
For a Trackhire for up to 25 cars it would be £1995 for up to 50 car £2995.
Thoughts?
£80 each. Its quite a bit but I'd be up for it as it would be quite a special day IMO.

Think its more like 60 each.
On top of that there would be charges for drying the track if needed and if they deem it unsafe and close the track we would lose our money.
Would one of the event organisers like to take over this possible Supra only meet?

This is why I think one of the event mods should take this over and maybe negotiate a better deal.

Left the date open for discussion as I didnt know how many cars and what other events they had lined up.
