I'm at work at the moment and can't call you but as a first start go here to check nothing untoward has happened to your machine:

http://safety.live.com run the scan.

I've searched my PC for that file & I do not have it so it is not a standard Outlook or XP file.

I'm sure others will have advice soon!

It comes with MS Messenger 7.x
Default location: c:\program files\msn messenger\msidcrl.dll

You can download it from here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msidcrl (AFTER carrying out the scan Henk advises)

If msidcrl.dll is running on your PC, you should verify that it is authentic. A file name alone is insufficient for identification

Strange, i cant get that link to open.

When I go there it re-directs me to:

http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm

It all works fine, maybe this is symptomatic of additional issues you have?

Tips for getting the URL to work: Use IE not Firefox, clear cache

Jamie mate,

The main problem is that your PC is actually telling you that its bloody sick of accessing the Mkiv Owners Club web page at a rate of 20 hours per day.

I think it needs to see a bit of variety in its life TBH:search:

Jamie,

This might do the business for you: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/920115

Do you use the outlook business contacts package?

(I don't so hence it might explain why I do not have the file)
