Must admit mine have settled! or something has;) i thought that i would have to adjust them down a bit to get the same ride hight that i had before, not very low! but they have definitely given slightly, so it looks like Tein have crap springs then,

IMO i would logically expect new springs/shocks to settle a little from when you first let the car off the jacks/ramp, until its been driven a few hundred miles.

They won't have, you are possibly confusing some preload in the rubber suspension bushings being 2worked out" to spring settlement, at least I hope you are. Even the road car Eibach range, (which is not as good as their excellent race springs), shouldn't settle measurably. If Tein springs are anything like their dampers, well...... anything might happen, IMO :)
