Not sure you will hit 500 with that only... May need hybrids at the minimum... seems very similar to my build, which will start at the end of feb, except I am going for standard internals...

My other differences:

HKS Fuel system 680cc, pump, lines, rail, etc

LINK ECU (not as good as AEM, but cheaper, and just as capable)

Hybrid turbos

FMIC

Exhaust

Induction

Brake system - lines, oem discs, CW fast pads

clutch and flywheel...

Sounds good!!

would be very interesting to compare...

Where you having yours done?

Who is doing the build Jon? Good luck by the way ;)

The build will be done by Turbofit.

Hey bud, In what way are you modding the oil pump.. is this one from Dusty?

Thats correct. I fugured it wouldnt be much more for the modified one than a new stock one!

Dont suppose you have any idea on price for the new water pump?

I cant remember the exact prices but the modded oil pump was something like £500.

Quiet exhausts generally are more restrictive and therefore robbing power. You may wish to consider a system that gives you a more subtle exhaust note with a bung fitted and more raw power with the bung removed.

I am going to add a silencer to my 1000BHP car so I can keep the neighbours sweet and have a free flowing system with the silencer out when I need out and out power. I think when I have the silencer section made up it will take 10 -15 minutes to take out and replace, using a gun, 20 -25 with just spanners.

Can have a go at making a silencer baffel for yours mate will need the car for a day/half though. made them for my 300zx just unbolt them an pull them out.

or I can make another baffel to go in the pipe with flanges each end to allow you to bolt a straight through pipe back in
