Chris and Alana
Iv recently bought everything I need to go fully BPU (all sitting in my room) but before I fit the exhaust I need new gaskets. Iv found and about to order most of them but Im finding it hard to find the 3 bolt gasket that goes onto one end of the first decat pipe. Does anyone know what size bore I should buy and where from? My decat pipes are 2.5" bore but what size bore comes from the turbo side, is it 3", do any of these fit? http://www.blitz-uk.co.uk/Product-14.aspx

Iv bought most the gaskets and ss bolts off ebay but just cant find the funny shaped 3holed gasket anywhere
kosmic
You dont have to use a gasket, when Paul Whiffin fitted mine he just used a exhaust assembly/joining paste instead, i think you can get a tube from Halfrauds

I thought it would just blow out.
Homer
Mine lasted 2.5 years with just paste, it never leaked.
Chris and Alana
oh well, might just use paste. Do the gaskets exist then?
Guest mk47
if they do theyre very rare. youll be fine with just the exhaust paste though i use that and its always been fine

Chris and Alana
would this do? http://www.driftworks.com/catalog/product_info.php?pName=exhaust-gasket-3-hole&cName=enginetuning-exhaust&osCsid=e72d8d3051a66325f3167d7f23058d6f
Scott
What are they made of? Stainless? If so, and i can be given dimensions, i could probably write a program in work for the CNC argon laser machine and sell em Scott =op
Homer
None of those will fit mate, the holes on the exhaust are not equal distance apart... give me a couple of minutes and I'll take a pic and measurements.

Homer
The internal diameter is 2.25 inches (58mm). The distance between studs 1 and 2 is 100mm, the disance between 1 & 3 and 2 & 3 is 85mm. Personally I'd just get your local exhaust place to fit it and use some gum.

I always do everything myself but when it comes to exhausts I just get the local exhaust place to fit it for a few quid (and a lot less hassle too)
