Wez
Hey All, Where is the best place to get all the parts required to relocate my battery to the boot?
tDR
Used Merlin Motorsports for my bro's GT4 - got a Varley Red Top 25 race battery and all the stuff required to fit it under the passenger seat, including a kill switch for under the bonnet. http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk Cheers, Brian. Chris Wilson
I can beat anyones price on a Red Top. You ideally want the battery low as possible within the rear half of the wheelbase, not in the boot. Passenger rear footwell is good. As I am taking the rear seats out it could go there, just wondered why that is best.
Chris Wilson
Lowest polar moment of inertia, keep heavy stuff low (to give lowest C of G) and within the wheels (lowest PM of I).
