The small Aerial Plug Lead.

After removing my standard radio double din unit the other day I found a smaller aerial lead with a plug on hanging round the back of my Radio not plugged in.Anybody know what this does and where it is located on the car.I suspect the rear screen elements.I was wondering weather it would be any good to use as my TV aerial?

AIUI it's a supplemental or secondary aerial :shrug:

I can tell you from personal experience that it's not good enough to use as the main/only radio aerial.
