razza Posted December 22, 2006 Share Posted December 22, 2006 my left light isn't working, checked the bulb and it's fine, and the fuse on the ballast hasn't gone either. It started being a bit hit and miss, i.e. worked, then didn't and had to turn lights on/off several times to get it to fire up, but now it's dead, any ideas? Is there another fuse somewhere that could cause this? (not sure that's the issue though as it was being tempremental). Got a spare ballast but doesn't seem to work either. razza Posted December 22, 2006 Author Share Posted December 22, 2006 scrap that, for some reason it's just started working again, checked wiring and as far as I could tell nothing was loose, not really great with electronics so couldn't tell anyway unless very obvious. spare ballast does work, not sure if it was a loose connection but I'm leaving it alone as it is now working, hasn't worked for 3 days... just hope it keeps working... Sean1933 Posted December 22, 2006 Share Posted December 22, 2006 got to be a loose or chaffed wire. Especially if both ballasts (ie fitted one, and spare one) were not working, now they both work!
