markjodrell Posted December 17, 2006 Share Posted December 17, 2006 call me lazy, go on then ..... having read all the posts about changing prefacelift horrid orange indicators over to nice clear facelift ones, it seems quite a task, head lights out/ wirng looms etc etc as a compromise is there anywhere where you can buy just the clear square replacement prefacelift indicatorsor just the front lense covers ??. That's what i'm doing Before searching for this procedure, I thought it would be a piece of, I thought get old ones off , buy new, swop wires over, maybe wire in extra side light, drill a couple of holes , fix new indicator, job done. When looking into it there seems more to it, headlights out, battery out , new light loom, cutting the new indicator to fit bulb holders and so on.
