Fitting replacement side repeaters.

Quick question - how easy is it to pop the side repeaters out of a standard pre-facelift wing and replace with my naff yet funkier than yellow - clear indicators? - well let me re-phrase that - how does one go about it? [Feel free to rebuke me if this is covered in an obvious FAQ, but my searches haven't revealed any specific advice so far].

I assume it is so easy that I have wasted vital electrons posting this message, but I have been known to approach a simple thing from all the wrong angle and end up beating with a hammer and hacksaw - only to find out turning the dohicky anti-clockwise would have removed it with no bother!!! (I am also worried about *just applying pressure* - to bits I am unsure are designed to take a bit of pressure).

Any help/advice on this hopefully trivial matter greatfully received :D

They should just pop out, i used a knife with a cloth against the bodywork and just eased it out. You push the repeater towards the back of the car i think to get it started then ease it outwards.
You'll realise how to do it when you see the design of your replacement side repeater!

fingers along the back edge and pull towards the front of the car (or that might be the other way around), should pop right out. Don't lose the bulb down the wing.

I had no idea it was in fact so easy I may as well go and die in shame for asking ;) Finger-Thumb small tug they came out - pulled wire out a bit, popped clear bulb out - put yellow bulb in. Slotted back into indicator - popped in - grand total of about 60 seconds per side - ROFL. They do make a huge difference to the look - I hadn't realised! (The little things eh?).
