Bloody de-limiter thing

Hi has anyone fitted one of those after market de-limiters/speedo converters? Ive fitted one and the speedo flicks about all over the place, the limiter still works and its not clocking up any miles!:( Any ideas anyone? Im sure i have followed the instructions correctly. Dodgy unit?

Re-check the wiring and ground point, also check for wiring you may have disturbed.

Which unit did you get?

Bear in mind, some of the units which are on the market are not meant for the supra even though they are marketed as japanese car delimiters.

the only one recommended is the THOR one, I have wasted so much money buying from ebay etc and had the exact result as you have right now, buy a THOR one and sorted for ever :)

I got the unit with the car im not sure what make but its not a thor one. Ive checked and double checked the wiring i think i will just get one from thor to save mucking around. Cheers guys

Can you post up a pic of the unit, before you go spending out money on a new unit IN CASE it is just simply a disturbed wire...
