and met a nice girl (nothing happened!!) just as i was leaving and getting in the car. she said wow is that a toyota supra? i reply yes n she came over to take a closer look.. and after a while shes like "are you sure this is a supra?" i said yes positive why? .. "thats so cool because my dad has one too" :eek:
i didnt catch her name, except shes from barnsley and her dads supra is red.
so anyone from here got a daughter studying at dmu in leicester?

I went there :) was good friends with Martin at the student gym.....do you know him

reminds me of a time that i was chatting up a girl in a bar near work. had a chat and stuff, got her number and everything.
the next morning a lady walked into work (who just happens to have also worked with my mum) came over to me and asked if I had a nice evening with her daughter!!! that that relationship didnt go any further!

Could be :) I left in 2002 when the new union was being build, only went in there a few times before I left
I used to go in the old union and raid the fruit machines early on before the "big cheese" on saturday night with my mate Dunc, it always used to be filled to the brim with drunk students pumping coins into it on a friday ;) always used to pay for our night out he he
do they still do the big cheese in there, used to be a right old laugh, I remember creation nightclub as well

Yeah they have some sort of cheesy music themed day, not sure when it is i think it might be monday or tuesdays. ive not been on them days dont really get on with that music.
hmm raiding the fruit machine sounds like a plan.. heading back there tonight lol since ive got a 4 day weekend - girls there are mad its great haha :D
creation closed down late last year and now has recently re opened as liquid/envy and seems to the talk of the town right now! you not been back then?

I never liked the music much, just went for the girls and beer :d
nope never been back....my southern/cockney accent never used to go down well with the locals for some reason ;) got many a local trying to kick off with me in town so didnt go much
you will need to find out when the machines are refilled and the busy nights at the union and try to gauge it on that, its a risky business but works out well if you plan it right, it helped that my mate was almost a pro at playing them :)
