Who to service my TT

I live in Southampton and wondered if anyone could recommend someone to service my newly purchased TT. I would like a full service but want it done right. With 69k on the clock it is due cam belt and all fluids along with Vv clearances. Would give me peace of mind too.

I have the same problem mate. Just got my tt imported - no one wants to touch it not even toyota. Luckily a garage by my work are doin the brake pads but im not sure if they will do the service. But ive found a place in camberley, Powerhouse who specialise in Supras but this is in the Berks area too far for you. How quick is yours? Ive done 120mph in mine and that was just touching it- i couldnt go much faster - im still learning to drive it. Mine is 440bhp, got a big spoiler but no bodykit, just a racing machine!!!:D

I'd be quite happy Toyota won't touch it. The only car I'd take to a dealer would be a new one to keep the warranty going. I think specialists are a much better bet.

Do you have details of powerhouse? I live in Camberley so if there is a specialist that close I'd be interested. Although Phoenix have impressed me so I'm unlikely to change - but it's worth checking out.

have got their no at work- the bloke quoted me 145.00 plus parts for a small service - oil filter/change etc but the bigger one - which i would love - was 500-00 abit much. but the car is thouruoghly checked out and plugged into the ecu- so i guess they tune it?? whatever its too much for me. still searching for someone abit better priced.

If you are ok with being overcharged, Kings Toyota in Southamptom are quite good, they were initially a Supra dealer and one of the mechanics actualy drives a soop.

If you book in advance theyl give you curtesy car and 10% off if you barter a bit, throw in the club name of course! and alwasy ask for a quote before they even touch your car.

Looking through the paperwork I got with the car I see that ToyotaTech have already worked on my car. I'll probably check them out first, when I need something doing. ;)

P.S. Bungy, I'm slap bang in the middle of Southampton... but I pass J7 of the M27 on my way to and from work in Portsmouth.

I will wait with belt change till i will get to Poland to paint my car then. Noone with right mind would pay 800 pounds for this work lol! Oil change, spark plugs change and oil filter change costed me 20 quid ffs! Of course I supplied all materials (130 pounds). I mean guys! Seriously - you do not really need specialist with Supra diploma to change oil, oil filter and spark plugs *sigh* Any engineer with experience and some common sense can do it.

Altho cam belt is different story :)

It is really shame, that UK is located such far away from Poland or Tchek Republic, labour cost there is like 1/6 of cost here (and i'm talking about specialists)...
