I loved He-Man when I was wee but saw it recently and it's totally lame!
It's got to be The Simpsons.

now that was superb, i remember sitting on the floor with my tea watching that everyday.

Got to be Battle of the Planets. Quality that.
My earliest memory of a programme I loved is 'Supercar' and 'The Pied Piper'.
My favorite that I remember very well is Doctor Who. Right from the first episode (William Hartnel), I loved it even though it gave me nightmares.
Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors was a good one
Pole position rocked as did transformers, mask and X-men spiderman fantastic 4 etc

I think it was called The Centurions and when they were ready for battle they all had to say "Power Extreme" before they got their gear on. I always liked the land based dude who had the big minigun on his chest :)
