Vector graphics

Does anyone work with vector graphics ? Ed ?

I have a design i want to get made up in to shiney stickers :D The company can only do this if the design is sent as a vector image at the moment mine is Tiff or Psd (photshop) They say it needs to be done with adobe illustrator or corel draw. (i don't have either)

Can i convert it in photoshop or would i need one of the above to get the right format for my stickers design.

I can do it in AutoCAD for you if you want. I'd need to know what format to export it as though.
