Guest aldo83
I am looking to buy another supra and I will probably be looking to go for a 6sptt this time. Was wondering if a manual better and safer to control than an auto (ie back end jumping out).
dangerous brain
Depends on your driving style and the cars traction control system. An auto with RLTC will behave itself alot better than a manual with stock traction. Horses for courses. Myself I prefer the auto.

Guest aldo83
yeah though a manual would be a bit safer as you can hold it in gear and not worry about the autobox kicking down
Bobbeh
Ultimately in a manual you have total control over the car.. in the auto you dont... but if you're a crap driver anyway you'll bin it regardless
Kranz
Never driven a Manuel (or any spanish bloke for that matter) supra so for me its an auto. You can shift through the gears yourself or put it in lazy mode & hold on to the steering wheel But owners of the manual say its the ultimate drivers car. dangerous brain
yeah though a manual would be a bit safer as you can hold it in gear and not worry about the autobox kicking down That would be in an auto that doesn't have a manu button that holds the gear that is selected unless the ECU decides it dangerous for the engine to remain in that gear.
