Class One
Well after two and a half years ownership and about 18 months of procrastination, I've finally done it and gone BPU. Firstly I'd like to thank Sam & Greg at Turbofit for their advice and patience and their team for doing the work. I'm very happy. So I'm running a 3" double decat, 4" Trial Racing sport S/S exhaust , 1.2bar restictor ring and one of those XS Power FMIC's, colder plugs and a walbro uprated pump. I can only run upto 1 bar as I don't have a FCD fitted but it certainly seems to spool up a tad quicker and feel a spot more lively. I've hit fuel cut a couple of times, but only at serious leptons though, for normal driving it hasn't really been an issue.
Ian C
Repeat after me: "I was acclimatising myself to the handling characteristics of the car at high speeds, your honour..." Get an FCD in and run 1.2bar -Ian

Homer
Good to hear Doug The jump from 1 bar to 1.2 bar is quite significant though, so get that FCD in there asap IME the jspec's run quite rich at 1 bar but lean out to nice (border line) afr's at 1.2 / 1.25 bar

hogmaw
Good one doug, BPU is the end of the road for me, no slippery slope there. Stick with it. The next step is a lot more expensive in terms of power per pound spent
