Starting my engine build

Im very excited:)

Most of my parts are here now... just waiting on a few bits.

Turbofit are pulling the engine out on monday then the body is going to the spray shop for a couple of touch ups and respray the engine bay:)

Ill take some more pics throughout the build.

 

GT 4088 turbo

CP pistons

Carrillo rods

Billet main caps

Clevite bearings

HKS 264's

Ported and polished head

ARP studs and bolts thoughout

HKS head gasket

HKS 1000cc injectors

HKS fuel rail

Greddy adjustable cam gears (not as pic)

Greddy kevlar cam belt

Greddy pulley set

Greddy inlet manifold and Q45 TB

Ferrera titanium valve springs retainers and caps

Modified breather system with -12 fitting and pipework

Mocal oil cooler

New OEM Crank pulley

New OEM oil pump

New OEM water pump

New tennsioners and belts

Wow mate, that must be amazing to have all those parts kicking around the house. Every boys dream. Don't know what would be best, fitting them to the car or fondling them everyday when you come home from work. :)

 

Bet you didn't get them off e-bay!

One question - how much boost are you planning to run?

Who is doing your bodywork?

 

I'm organising a RR day for January if you want to bring it along.

 

Yea im up for that:) knight racer is doing the bodywork.. not much just respray the front bumper and the engine bay;)
