fat_controller
i have just put on some volks GT-7's and just wondering if these are ok during the winter and what special care i have to take care of them? every1 seems to put another set of rims on for the winter, thing is i only use my car at weekends and even then i only do about 50miles a week. are winter wheels really worth it? DamanC
Depends how often you want to wash them? My BBS LM's are going to stay on over the winter months, and will only take her out if its a nice dry day. I have a van for the crap weather. Gaz Walker
If your going to use them in the winter, you need to wash them every day or the salt will corrode them. Wayne's wheels still looked brand new even though he used them everyday in the winter because he cleaned them all the time. Gaz.

fat_controller
i might sell them for the right price gaz, they've got the slightest little marks from where they got caught in the tyre fitting machine but other than that there mint, u can't even see the marks when the tyres are on. i got them fitted on saturday and i'm really torn between these volks and my pacifics.
