I ordered mine this sunday but havent got any replies from them and no reply to emails either, so just wondering how long their shipments usually take??? Cheers I'd leave it until the end of the week mate. I think you're talking three working days and since they will have processed it on Monday i'd give them a day or two longer. On Tuesday I received an email from them with a copy of the paypal confirmation asking what I was ordering? I sent them an email back and have had no reply - so I thought id phone them and no one answers. (Yes I am phoning at the correct time, both England and USA) Been trying for two days. Unfortunately one of the ballasts wasn't working and I'm still waiting for a replacement (about a month ago now ) - in fact I got so hacked-off with waiting for replies to emails etc that I bought a second ballast and I'm STILL waiting for my replacement to arrive - or to get any kind of reply from them!! I had the same problem, but when I emailed them mentioning it had been 2 weeks or something, and that I could prove the duff one had been posted back, a new one was on my doorstep 2 days later.
