Hi guys, just wondering how long did it take for your orders of HID's to ship from visionbulbs.com. I ordered mine this sunday but havent got any replies from them and no reply to emails either, so just wondering how long their shipments usually take???

I'd leave it until the end of the week mate. I think you're talking three working days and since they will have processed it on Monday i'd give them a day or two longer.

 

I never got any confirmation or anything either by the way, nothing to worry about there.

lol this is what they sent to me today, Ive sent them an email back but hope they sort it asap

 

(Could you please provide us with an order number, or let us know what it is

that you have sent payment for, as we do not have any record of this

transaction.

I ordered the lights from the website using the promotion code on Monday. I chose to pay by paypal. On Tuesday I received an email from them with a copy of the paypal confirmation asking what I was ordering? :rolleyes:

 

I sent them an email back and have had no reply - so I thought id phone them and no one answers. (Yes I am phoning at the correct time, both England and USA) Been trying for two days. :banghead:

 

So now I dont know if they have my order or what. (lol at their quick response on their answer phone)

Communication-wise they are appalling!!! I had similar 'bother' with them when I ordered a set. Unfortunately one of the ballasts wasn't working and I'm still waiting for a replacement (about a month ago now :() - in fact I got so hacked-off with waiting for replies to emails etc that I bought a second ballast and I'm STILL waiting for my replacement to arrive - or to get any kind of reply from them!!

I had the same problem, but when I emailed them mentioning it had been 2 weeks or something, and that I could prove the duff one had been posted back, a new one was on my doorstep 2 days later.

 

No further problems.
