Membership packs

Hi all, not sure who to ask about this so ive put it in here

Ive been a paid member about 3-4 months now and ive included my address etc in the member profile area as stated but i havnt recived anything like a membership card or anything?

Just wondering when it might come :)

We are in the process of changing who handles the sending of membership packs. They'll be no more sent out for a couple of weeks, then we'll play catch up again and get them all sorted.

If you require a membership pack please make sure you request one via your usercp options and we will get them processed as soon as we can.

how do you do this Mawby? i cant see nothing to do with packs in the usercp?

Follow the links which have been automatically added to the membership pack phrases in all the above (and this) posts and it'll take you to a thread which gives more details.

This question has been posted so many times now. I haven't received anything yet and so many others haven't to. I'm not bothered about paying £10 just to join because this club is superb but if it says you get a membership pack for your money then surely you should get one and not have to chase it up 3 to 4months down the line.

As Mawby said we're in the process of changing who handles the membership packs. As soon as everything is in place we'll get any backlog cleared and do our best to improve things for future members. Just give us a couple of weeks and hopefully all will be sorted out :)

All will be sorted mate so calm down. There's a lot more to keeping on top of these constant requests than you think, hence why i'm having to step down after a year of loving doing it!

not having ago matey. i don't feel let down. I'm really happy with the club and all the knowledge i get from it. well done to everyone in the back ground for making it all work, must be really hard keeping on top.

I'm just jumping on the band waggon while the subjects up.:D
