Big single walkthrough (help please)

As above i'm after a big single walkthrough that has been posted up by someone before but can't find the link i've been doing my single and just about finish but i kinda wanted to check that i haven't left anything as such and make sure i've done it all correctly as i done it with no instructions as such.

but i believe there are some walk throughs out there on the interweb :D i think one was horsepower freeks :) i may be wrong, it's all pretty simple stuff as such but just want to be on the safe side, i do believe everything is where and as it should be :)

The install has gone well but it has taken much longer than expected infact i had it orginally book in for june time to be tuned :D never goes how you want.......well it doesn't when you do the work but at the same time although stressful times have been had i've had some fun and learnt alot along the way too.

We have run into many snags, parts from u.s wrong etc things not quite fitting etc.

 

So i'll do some thanks now as the car is practically finished and should be done in about a couple of hours....talk about fine timing for jap show hey :D :) :cool:

 

So big thanks to greg and sam and the guys at turbofit for so much advice and help over the phone must have been sick of the sound of my voice :D sorry guys :taped:

 

Car just will need tuning but i will be able to drive ..... 4 months without the supra has taken it's toll and i can't wait to get in a supra again the smile is going to be unmovable for a while i think.

i've kept quite for a while but i'm excited and couldn't wait to tell you guys about it and fingers cross would love to be in action for totb 2007 for the supra team if the'll have me :) :cool: i'll have more spec by then as i'm pretty much buying bits every other week my car is my life and i love it................................................................................................ yes i do have a house don't worry :D

it's a 94 supra twin turbo lighter j spec version :wink: (now big single) 3.2 using hks forged pistons and hks conrods, forged crank (built only about 8k ago)

it's had head work too but i know little about it as it was done before i had car and reciepts dont say alot, have reciept of alot of it's work including the £7800 engine build 8)

hks steel head gasket, arp head studs

ngk racing plug heat range 7

 

Big single turbo conversion using the best parts from 2 kits both boost logic parts and greddy parts

Garrett GT4088-special- better known in japan as blowzilla :-D 8) :grin: (love that name)Turbo with a 1.06 A/R, T4 style divided inlet flanged turbine housing with 3" V-Band outlet. Has a 4" inlet anti-surge ported compressor housing largest trim available in GT40 family

Compressor:

-Wheel: 88mm w/ 54 trim

Housing Type: 4.00" inlet with anti-surge

 

Turbine:

-Wheel: 77mm w/ 84 trim

-Housing A/R: 1.06 A/R

-Housing Style: Standard T4 divided inlet w/ 3" V-Band outlet

 

-Oil Cooled

Using boost logic oil line return and feed kit with water cool by pass

50mm greddy type r exturnal wastegate with screemer pipe/dump tube :twisted:

greddy anti heat coated manifold and heat wrapped also with fensport heat wrap :grin:

100mm wide k&n straight off the turbo

pipercross oil breather filter

fse fuel pressure regulator

 

greddy emanage ultimate ems ecu with greddy 3 bar map sensor

^ emanage ulti will be replaced with a autronics sm4 at some point next year or early 2008

6 speed manual

mobil 1 tri syn motor oil 10w 30

power enterprise mag power 2 oil filter

greddy 1.3 bar oil cap

greddy 1.3 rad cap

Envy chrome hard upper rad pipe

Envy chrome rad clamps (chromed by colsoop)

rps max 6 puck with sprung hub clutch (rate for 825lb/ft of torque)

rps segmented lightweight 14lb flywheel

power enterprise 280 litre an hour fuel pump

800cc hi imp injectors

high flow twin feed fuel j spec rail * to be done *

twin pump set up maybe late this year or for summer next year for sure as it will be needed 8)
