Uk glass spec headlamps getting slight condensation in it ????????

I have fitted UK glass headlamps to my car about 10 months ago which i purchased brand new from Steve Manley @ toyota just notice over the weekend there has been some condensation inside the glass on both headlamps Questions???????.

1. Is this normal or should they be sealed & never happen.

2. Should they be replaced as they are still under warranty.

3. If this is normal which i think it should'nt be how do you clear it is it just by running a hair dryer or something similar over it.

4. Why does this happen & i do not wish to be clearing it every it other week as like on most glass cars headlights this does not happen.

I have a similar issue with one of mine - approx 1 year old and full of water

All seals tight so I have no idea where it's getting in.

This is my third set now, I'm just going to live with the fact that Supra lights suck donkey balls to the extreme, might even look into a conversion for something more robust.

i get this alot from customers, 99% of the time it is bulb related.

also make sure they are the right bulbs, as the jap bulbs have a smaller center but will fit the uk lights, but will never seal

I'd take them back and get some replacements. Mine dont suffer from this (yet).
