If toyota tell you that autobox fluid is OK to use or that they have never heard of the V160 oil then they are wrong!

 

Some V160 boxes even have a sticker that states the autobox fluid is OK!

 

Only use V160 oil in the V160/V161 gear box.

 

Get the oil changed first and have the seals looked at.

are you saying for manual i want to ask v160 yes ?

If you've done the above, remember that the 6 gear can feel pretty stiff compared to lessor cars with lessor gearboxes, especially when cold. Check out the FAQ on here & the buyers guide - it mentions the same.

 

i know what you sayin but it wasnt like that now they are hard belive me ,is it hard to change the gear oil on them or and how many liters i want ?
