Bobbeh
Was there a droning noise with it?

Stonkin
You could have lost a balancing weight from a wheel, or your rear tyres could have seen better days. Just a thought...
Guest Aaron
Are you get vibrations through the steering wheel?
miko_supra
no im not getting vibrations through the steering wheel. i am having the rear tyres changed in the next couple of months. no odd noises just the virbrations. it doesnt feel like the car's lacking any control when it happens...Just a thought, could it be the frequency of the exhaust causing this? any Physicists out there? Stonkin
i highly doubt it would be the exhaust mate, what condition are the rear tyres in, have they worn evenly?
miko_supra
yeah the ware is even, bout 3mm on each rear tyre
Animal
i'd say tyres mate. I get the same thing at about 120+ coming from nearside front & through steering wheel - it's an off-balance wheel.
_Rob_
I also get this, around the region of 90 +. it doesnt seem to drive through. ive had a new setr of rear tyres and had all the wheels rebalanced and no joy. wondering if the prop could be out of balance? it seems to be a pulsating vibration, as Miko described, every 2 or so seconds. i can feel it through the seat, and the car, rather than the wheel itself. it doesnt feel unstable or uncontroled, just frickin annoying!
