Hi Paul

The clutch in my car is slipping a bit. (At the moment) it only slips when changing into 2nd and 3rd gears if I've hammered it in the previous lower gear.

What parts do you reckon I'll need to replace? Can you give me a price for the parts and labour please?

(I'm hoping you can remember what clutch you guys fitted to my car. On the receipt it just says "OS Giken clutch")

Thanks a lot.

Are you sure it doesn't just need adjusting?

They're adjustable? I didn't know that.
I thought it was a bit poor that an OS Giken clutch had only lasted 2000 miles!

Is adjusting it something I can do myself?

Yes, just need to adjust the rod on the slave cylinder, try that, you never know.

Hi Paul, the clutch on the car that you took in for me (Not directly to me, through Supramannen in sweden), keeps slipping when the engine is cold, but not when itīs worm, do you think it could help by adjusting the rod to slave cylinder ?
