i wanted to change the water in me supe, so i drained the rad using the white tap located at the bottom to the right, i let it drain for about 10mins.

i then put in 3litres of antifreeze, then when i went to put the water in i could only get about half a pint in?

i left the cap off and started the car up, a few bubbles appeared but the water level hardly dropped?then in about 3mins the water started to boil?

could there still be a airlock?

the fat hose at the top is red hot and the fat hose at the bottom is still cold, is this right?
