csa
just curious.. ...how should I excpect a BPU tuned MKIV to perform on mpg when driving like an old granny?
Stonkin
the same as or better than it did before you went bpu, as the system will be less restrictive and therefore not working as hard. Trouble is you wont be driving it like a granny after going bpu

Pete
Should be BETTER economy when driving sensibly due to removal of the cats. Obviously not so when your foot is to the floor.
Mcgoo
I reckon i average about 18mpg used daily. I drive through town then on national speed limit country lanes.

MrRalphMan
Convert Litres into Gallons. Convert Kilometers into Miles. Divide miles by the Gallons and hey presto. Plenty of online conversion apps to make it easy. I would do it, but I'm a lazy bugger too..

MrRalphMan
(40+ mpg for petrol is good under 23 is bad) I like this from the above site.. "Still some great tips though, might try some out.. or not." With your figures came out just under 24mpg.. That's not bad.
