Sheefa
Bump - and should I trust Halfords???!
DannyW
Halfords??? what for??? Pick up the yellow pages and look for alloy wheel refurbishers. A lad i know down south had all his split rim blitz alloys completely refurbed to an "as new" condition including a colour change and mirror polishing the lips (they actually split the wheel in 2 pieces to do the work) for about £250 per wheel. DannyW
or try these: http://www.wickedwheels.co.uk/ They are mobile so come to your house to do the work and they do free quotations too.
DannyW
I used this place once to weld a cracked alloy i had, charged me £60. While i was there i saw some seriously bent wheels that he said he could fix no problem. http://www.alloywheelrepair.co.uk/contactlocateus.htm
Pete
Try laptab - They're Birmingham based and do a great job.
DannyW
Try these A1 Wheel renovations of 345 Bilston Road, Wolverhampton (01902 871422) They quoted a lad i know £65 for a colour change and re-balance and fit tyres. Basically you just need to phone round and maybe email pictures if possible to as many different places as you can and play it by ear, i doubt it will cost too much though. dangerous brain
If you need wheels I notice you have J-spec brakes I am sure a multitude of members have 16" wheels with tyres knocking around that can help you out in the short term. Here's hoping it can be repaired otherwise I'll look at sticking some new ones on for 10 times the cost! Cheers all.

S7EVE
Try laptab - They're Birmingham based and do a great job. Definately give this company a bell, two seconds down the road from where I work. Very good and efficient.
