So, to all those that have been out and about and put your foot down in the wet, is Racelogic Traction Control really worth it?

Mine's a J-spec Supra and i'm looking into getting this as it's supposedly a 'standard' upgrade.

Any ideas who sell and fit these guys? Thanks ;)

Loads have it and like/love it.......

but it helps you out before you've even realised you need help.

i don't think this is always a good thing......

IMO its more a performance mod more than a safety one.

One things for sure its important to get a good data file from someone like Terminator as its quite sensitive to each car re wheel diameters etc etc.....

How much is the unit normally guys? Strapped for cash at moment, but if we're looking at a £150-£200 saving then I'll whack it on my credit card. Thanks. Greg ;)

There is always group buys going on so no rush but it would be sensible to get it before the icy weather kicks in

The AEM traction is based on road speed / Revs. Not nearly as sophisticatd and RLTC. THe aem has to be adjusted 3-4 times a year due just to weather. Get some race fuel in there for some more power and you will have to adjust it again. RLTC is 100% dynamic if you get teh Digital Adjuster.

Martin, think you've won me over. What does the digital adjuster actually do though as it is another £100 odd and want to know whether its really worth it mate. Thanks ;)

Also, what does the replica fields harness actually do and is it essential or better for performance? Very noob question, apologies!
