Homer
Get all the fluids and filters done, here's the notes I made on my main service checklist, which should also be made for new imports: - Engine oil - Oil filter (use Toyota/lexus V8 only) - Geabox oil (V160 ONLY for the 6 spd) - Diff oil - Fuel filter - Air filter (if using stock airbox). If aftermarket, replace or source a stock airbox - PAS fluid - Coolant - Brake fluid (5.1 highly recommended) - Clutch fluid (if applicable) - Drain the fuel tank and replace with new optimax (new imports) - Reset ECU Initially I wouldn't worry about the cam belt unless its visually bad. Its no biggie if it goes.

Paul_SWZ
Had a quick look at my autodata CD and it say's the 2JZ-GTE is an interference fit engine and damage will be caused if timing belt breaks. Im sorry if this info is incorrect.
terawua
Hmm... non interference AKAIK as long as stock (well less than 264) cams are in place - check with people more knowledgeable than myself.
