wheel spacers and judder

Just fitted some hub/c wheel spacers to front and back to fill the veilside arches,and im now getting a judder when i drive above 60 mph,any ideas??they were ok before the spacers went on,but i was wearing rear tyres down on the inside a bit,they have just been balanced and still the same,do i need wheel alignment?

If its since you fitted the spacers sounds like the wheels aren't running true anymore, like an egg if you get what I mean, obviously this is being caused by the spacer not sitting central on either the hub or the wheel, get some different spacers I would. Or if you can wider wheels!
