Finally joined the club aving had a Mkiv supra for 18 months! Does anyone know why a bike rack for a UK spec car wont fit an import. According to my dealer it wont but as its a special order its non-refundable

Welcome on board fellow newbie. I've not been around that long but if by "dealer" you mean Mr T then it's probably because they're utterly useless. Physically there's no difference between the rear end of either version.

 

That said I'd steel yourself for the possibility of a couple of quips around the aesthetic implications of slapping the rack on the back of a supe....

 

PS - search button might be worth a look

PS - obligtory for all newbies to ask either what the red button or the MANU is if you've got an auto .... don't forget!

I see no reason why its wouldnt fit. they are the same @ the rear end. AFAIK.
