New FMIC problems - possible air leak

spray wd40 around the joints when revving it will show if you have a leak

 

I was thinking about doing this but mine is an auto :( so wont make positive boost at a standstill

 

ive come to the conclusion that it must be the intercooler as it only happens once I start making positive boost.....sounds like aloud squeel thats the only way I can describe it

I can in mine. If you need to check for leaks like i did then try this. Handbrake fully on, left foot hard on the brake and give it some accelerator until you start making positive boost, you'll soon hear and air leaks. (Dont try this for too long though). Glad you got it sorted
