Is there any way at all that i can stop the warning buzzer for my Defi BF oil pressure gauge sounding when the ignition is on without the engine running? It gets a bit annoying when your just trying to listen to the radio.

Strange, I only have to turn my key one notch to listen to my system so I do not get the buzz until I turn the key further.

Why is yours set up differently ?

Hhmmmm, maybe my power sources for the gauges are set up wrong?! I will have to have a think as it is really annoying.

Can you still adjust brightness from the control unit? If not, it may be hardwired to a constant power source for daytime illumination. This will cause the gauges to come to life at position 1.

Mine does that to. The ear piercing eeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh noise yeah?

Im pretty sure you will both find out that the gauges have not been wired to the correct ignition on..

Pause button? where is that then?

I am pretty sure you feelows are correct in saying it is connected to the wrond ign on wire. Will try and sort it out.

Is there no way to stop the buzzer other than that? Just until i get time to change the wiring.

Yipppeeeee. Managed to sort the wiring out so the buzzing has stopped. Took a feed from the Turbo timer harness.

Lucky get i have two of the buggers going now some fuel prob and i still can not get the oil pressure to stop buzzing so where is this pause button
