FAO people running 19" wheels & 35 profile tyres

Sorry, I'm sure this has been answered many times, but my searches havn't produced anything conclusive!

 

I'm running 19" wheels with a 35 profile tyre. (front 235/35/19 rear 265/35/19 If it makes any difference)

 

I've got 35PSI in all 4 at the moment.

 

Firstly, is this a safe pressure to run? (got a long run on the motorway tomorrow- so thought i'd better check!)

 

Secondly, what are the optimum pressures?

 

What does everyone else run at?
