Fitting walbro fuel pump

I need help again, when removing the old pump is the large ring a bayonet type fitting or does it screw off as I have tried lining up the marks and can't get the thing to come off. (all pipes and jubilee clip already removed.

use a big pair of swannies or get a large flat srewdriver and carefully tap it round untill it comes off...also can be quite tricky to get back on. but make sure its right ..this is petrol here remember..

Screws off. You may need to beat it round with a hammer and socket extension bar or blunt chisel
