Put car in garage since October. New house and didn't want it to get cold and salty (bit like your last GF!!)
But now the cobwebs are off and going to do as many meets as I can this year...

I am easy either way! We need to get a plan together if there is going to be a convoy of any sort. It took about 15 - 20 Mins from Standish to Mascrat last time.
Question is, do we bother going to Standish if Rob Wild and Gaz aren't coming?? Where would Ian rather meet? seems a bit silly for people to come north of Wigan to travel south again.

I'd say about 120 miles looking at the map mate. Would be good to put a face to a name but I think it's a long way to come for the sake of a few hours.
The meet is at Warrington which is another 15 - 20 miles from where I live!

Great!! Which way will you come? ARe you going down the A1 and coming down the M62 as from there you can either go straight to Warrington or you could go up the M61 towards Bolton and join the convoy of 6 Supes accross Wigan and then down the M6 to Warrington.

Matt i hope your soops aint too expensive to fix , IMO ( but im not a mechanic as you know ) the engine has "over" pressuried with the high leptons you was at at the time and the oil had to come out somewhere so chose the oil cap ?? clean the oil off and refill with oil if needed and run the engine and see if it leaks or any nasty noises you might be lucky matey ! but defo take your time !!

It's going back in next week. The guy reckons it might be something wrong with the paint rather than the preparation. They are the other side of Chorley towards Southport. Might be a bit of a trek for you but I will PM you the details...;)

The place i go to is very trust worthy paul. Auto care in bolton. They deal with alot of jap cars. Been going there for years. But I'd suggest you buy your shockers or what ever has gone second hand and get them to fit them. Just an idea mate.

If its just replacing 1 suspension component then its not a tricky job. Could always do it yourself (with a bit of help). If not then perhaps try that place Dazla recommends.

I'm back from the Dragonball and i've got to say it was an awesome weekend! The best laugh i've had in ages. Hopefully we can get a group of us from the NW going next year ;) Unfortunately I'm at work this morning & to say i'm knackered would be a massive understatement! Managed to rack up over 700 miles since friday night :d I'll be coming tonight but not sure i'll be there for 6ish as i've got a meeting after work. Park motors in Standish they do my Bike/car MOTs and its an "old School" sort of garage they have done Supra,s etc before so they said the guy i talk to is a bit of a good car fan and loves bikes too .....................and they have a drive over pit so no low spoiler problems ;) I,ll let you know how they get on

Another cracking night even though i arrived a bit late after spending forever washing off the dragonball sludge :) Some nice motors there as usual, the white R34 skyline especially :drool:
I think we should maybe give the extra monthly meet a go now that the weathers getting better :) Any excuse to get out & about in my car :d

Officially half 7 but it pays to get there earlier so you can get a parking spot. Be warned though, if the weather is good, once you are there you tend to get blocked in due to the volume of cars so if you are planning a quick exit early then id park near the entrance. Be good to see you there.
