@RobSupra - a few of us try and meet initially at 6pm at the Shell petrol station at the Haydock Island turnoff which is a couple of junctions before Mascrat. If not, then 6.30pm at Mascrat usually gets you a good spot along with the others at the far end of the car park.

Food was ace :D Had a huge mall over the road from the hotel & the temp finished up about 90 for the remainder of the week! Spent the last day by the pool getting burnt, which was so much like being on holiday, we immediately booked a hol as soon as i got back!

Yup ill be there at 6, we tend to meet on the far side of the station so we are out of the way of the pumps but im sure you will see us. Be there till about quarter past then will head down to Mascrat.

Just got back. An amazing turnout tonight. In total there were 15 Supras there from this club and 2 others that werent so i think thats the highest yet.
Big thanks to Rob for all the techical advice, like i said im sure ill be pestering you with questions over the next month or so.
Good to meet a few new faces: Matt, Carlos, Babe, Rob, Darren and also to meet all the usual crowd, its been a while since ive been down there so good to see/catch up with you all.
Was gonna mention something about Dodgy's daughter but ill leave it up to Matt :p

I especially enjoyed the motorway 'cruising' on the way back :D
It was good to see everyone, and yes a fantastic turn out. Nice to meet some new faces, Darren and Babe. I'm really looking forward to meeting more new cars (and owners) at JAE now :D
The motorway cruise was good, but only served to highlight my lack of boost, nasty noises coming from my engine bay, but some very nice noises coming from Gaz' and Carl0s' cars both of which sound awesome on full chat. I've got to say that even on WOT Wez' is still near silent, how, why :think:?
Needless to say I'm sure both Gaz and Wez had some fun with a Rex on the way home, unfortunately I couldn't play, so lost you both.
Keep your eyes peeled for a question about boost/turbos in a technical forum near you soon.

ooo that sounds like fun Iain, when are you thinking? and where, Squires Gate, Bloomfield Road, or that indoor one above the arcades? there's also Trax on the docks in Preston, they've got a pretty mean setup with some decent Karts and a pretty good track.

if you get a call from them saying it doesn't fit, it's because the front impact bar usually needs to be removed to allow it to fit

They have cut it to fit around the front impact bar, yeah they did say that they were having a ball ache with it!!
I'm pretty sure I'll be there this month.:d ..Been a few times before...was either in my old MR2 or in the early days of Supra ownership when i wasn't aware of the club!

Get a few pointers and make a few notes etc as there is no installation guide :(

The favour i may need, if you have ever done it is taking the throttle body and intake mani off as ive bought my first bit of bling to go in. Normally would wait until winter as thats when the rest is getting done but ive bought it on an exchange basis so need to send mine off.

Not got a laptop and tbh ive not wired up a connector onto the wires yet. May buy one this weekend and do it. On full boost it seems to drop to about 10.odd, when just cruising, mid revs its around 13 and when foot off pedal altogether it goes off the scale into red. Ill take you out for a spin on Monday and have a look see what you think.

Hi, you'll be very welcome to come along.
It's an opportunity to meet up with members (read that as friends) and chew the fat, and I'm not talking about the food which is generally good. Discuss any issues you might be having with your car, ask questions, and look at other cars for inspiration.
There are also plenty of other marques of car there too so it's of general interest to people who like cars.
Let us know whether you'll be meeting us there, or at Haydock Island beforehand

It's very easy to find. If you come off the M6 northbound (Jn21), you go right (3rd exit I think)at the first roundabout. At the next roundabout turn first left (looks a little like an unmade road) immediately into the pub carpark :) the second left is the turn back onto the motorway.

A few of us travelling from the North tend to meet up at Haydock Island service station Jn 23 at about 18:00 - 18:15 and then mini convoy down.

Once again a good meet tonight, we were a little down on numbers from previous months I think 12 Supes in total, but yet again we managed to see some new faces, nice to meet you Jase. :thumbs:
It was a very busy night tonight, cars parked up all over the place, even right up to the roundabout, on the entrance road.
Hope that those of you having problems with your cars get them sorted and hope to see you all again soon.

Hi, my first time last night but had to park near the entrance cos the car park was packed in the supra area..... got there about 19:00. Me and ma partner in crime nearly counted about 150 cars in total. Some really nice motors (some money's worth) a plenty there tho. Couldn't help but giggle when the poor regulars were waiting to get :eyebrows: out tho and there was no way to get through the ram packed car park. All in all a good night :thumbs: and will be going again next month with ma camera and early this time so i can park up with you guys ;)

Didnt get the "Christmas Do" sorted but there was a few good suggestions mentioned ie Blackpool being one ......we need to have a safe place for the cars / a Hotel with good food / and a bar/club as well Tall order i know :innocent: So ANY idea,s Guys n Gals ?? Needs sorting sooner than later to get things booked b4 the Christmas rush
the venue has to be in the catchment area for the N-East peeps/Yorkshire and the Midlands peeps to come over etc

for the 3 runs we did:
1) we were matched exactly
2) i was pulling away from you ever so slightly
3) you were pulling from me ever so slightly
it seemed that whoever got on boost quicker starting pulling away quicker but once we were both on boost it was just the same, so i didn't fancy any license losing material to drive side by side
i don't reckon those hybrids would do anything without a better intercooler anyway

Had a look around the Supras later on...some really nice ones there....loved the black one with the TRD spoiler! Was no-one around though when we had a look!!
One thing i noticed - (thought it was just my supra!) Almost every rear bumper didn't match the colour of the car!!
Spotted a few that had the same "import disease" as mine, with glue stuck on the window surrounds, where the japs have had those fender jobbies on!
Anyone know the part numbers for those?? Could do with some new ones!

Should be done soon got the new PE 650 injectors / greddy emanage coming tommorow so another busy weekend i feel ;) Hardess part was removing the old stockers!!! took me about 3-4 hours what a git of a job!

Cheers mate, dont worry i was only using it to hit things ;) I bought a set of ratchet spanners the other day wow they are really usefull for fast removal! The kit is PHR stage 1 so its all HKS stuff very nice quality! The tubby is one of there GT60 which i was told will follow to 630+ RWHP at 29 psi with the right set of supporting modifications :D
The only thing that has been a problem is the oil feed return which i've had to use a work around using the stock oil adapter.

Hi Mike, yeah I was parked at the back, in the 'assorted' section! Quite easy to see though as I'd be facing you as you walk round that way. No probs if not, I had to dash when I left anyway, otherwise may have stuck around for longer.

some woman was directing us through & i gave the thumbs up as i drove passed :)
yeah was a good night its just a shame you only really get an hour of daylight at this time of year, nice to put some names to faces, did no one manage a pic of the yellow 300zx man that thing was awesome
