Number plates - is it a reqirement to have a front one??

Exhaust - its standard so should be fine.

Lights - All lights, even the ones I always forget. Number Plate, fog.

I think it is a requirement to have a front plate.. (Not 100% sure for MOT though)

Disk/Pads - Are the pads very low. The only check is when they put it on the rollers (Unless they are cracked or something).

Washer jets - Please don't run out of water as people have been known to do.

Errr....

also check the bushes by shaking the steering wheel lightly left and right at an even pace.

foglight must be red (in my case it was wired to the reverse light, so just wet a peice of red filter paper and slap it over it - done)

all indicators, hazards, front fogs

brake lines

emmissions is the main one but all computerised and if youve got both cats in youll be fine mine passed with a VERY low emmission rating.

they also check the fuel thing, open it up and remove the cap, check inside and close it again.

Mine's just been for MOT - first one since purchase so I was a bit concerned.

Failed on the Hazard switch not staying on! Was working last week!

Got it home and took it apart and the casing was slightly broken - bit (lot) of super glue = sorted. (But I don't think I'll be taking it apart again, lol!
