Hi guys.my supe normally idles at 650 rpm but has been dropping quite low. it has stalled a couple of times in the past so i cleaned the idle control valve.been ok for a while but its started dropping low again.had a full service but no joy.
can anyone pls help?
Hi dude. I also run a j-spec auto and experienced the same problems recently, but I am pretty sure it woz just the fuel that I was running at that time. I made the mistake of putting normal unleaded in resulting in shit performance and low revs. Since then I always use Shell Super plus or BP ultimate and have never had the same problem since.

Hi mate thanks for your reply. ive always used super.i mainly go to esso maybe its their fuel.il use optimax next time and see how it goes. thanks mate.
guys i also experienced the same problem as i was putting normal unleaded which wad 95 octane my brother told me to put super i think thats 97 octane hopefully that should resolve the problem?
check your vacuum pipes round the fuel pressure regulater and turbo pressure sensor? any split in these pipes will give you a lumpy idle and engine will run richer.
