I am trying to start my car for the first time after the rebuild and have a suspect problem of fuel injectors not opening.
Does anybody know, what Voltage I should be getting at the injector plugs?

You should have about 12v at one pin and the other one shouldn't have a connection to ground until it's being switched on by the ECU.

And uh-oh, things not gone to plan, Ibrar? :(

Thank's Ian.

No mate, I was hoping it would fire up at least  , I have spark and fuel in the rail, but nothing getting past the injectors as the plugs are bone dry.

Just checked on No6 Inj.
I have 12V on the blk/org wire and continuity with Ign Off and O/C with Ign On.

Odd... What fuel pressure are you seeing?

Approx 50 PSI.
I am seeing the opposite of what you told me on the continuity check.

quick way of checking the crankshaft sensor circuit is by cranking the engine and keeping your eyes on the rev counter needle. if you see the needle jumping very slightly then the crank sensor+ wiring are fine. i will then check the cam sensor circuit as your running a aftermarket ecu make sure that the pins are connecter the right way round to ecu. if those circuits are fine then you should see some sort of current to injectors/ coilpacks.

Thank's guys.
OK, bit of an update.

I may have a suspect faulty EMU as I have checked the output from standard ECU, linked direct to the injectors & all is OK, they fire up.
I then checked I/P and O/P on EMU and don't have any injector signal O/P which leads to a faulty EMU or software/firmware problem!

Doesn't look like I'm going to make it to JAE in the Supra at the moment :(

Are you sure you have the jumper settings correct?

Yep, he's got them set correctly. I've been through them with him twice over the phone. As well as many other tests. The unit is seeing injector pulses from the stock ECU, and the stock ECU runs the injectors when they are directly connected anyway. But the injectors don't fire when the E-Manage is in the loop.

Ibrar is sending me his Ultimate to have a look at, see if it works in mine.

The EMU, should be with you today Ian, lets hope it's something simple.
