View Full Version : Premium Horn Kit
What the ....beep... were Toyota thinking, when they fitted the wimpiest ....beeping... excuse for a ...beeping.... horn in our Supras :complain:
Here is the answer, a Toyota premium horn kit, this is straight swap for the standard Supra horns and includes everything needed; 2 x horns, harness and fittings. Sound is loud and deep, similar to most modern European and Lexus models.
Price = £55 including postage to your door.

If anyone could upload an audio file with the sound on I may be interested if they are still available.
How do they compare to something like this :-

You get two and they have the right connectors on the end to plug straight in with no messing, not sure on the sound side of things but the premium ones make a decent enough parp.

thanks, P

Pay pal or international bank transfer to my account here, Pay Pal would work out much cheaper for this amount.
right i just need to convince my other half!
I spent £25 the other month on a Natuelus kit or something from ebay. It's a cracking horn but by god what a nightmare! It keeps blowing my fuses everytime I push the button. So I get one loud BEEEEEEEPPPP! before that's it, fuse box off time. It's mean't to use standard spade connectors, and it does, but also requires grounding on neg terminal which I think is causing it to short.
Sorry for the rant, in short, GET NICS KIT INSTEAD!! ;)
