having only had Nissans (300ZX and Skyline's) ive now defected to Toyota:)

Im picking up my new aquisistion-a 93 NA on Sunday and im already on the chase for mods...

I have a couple of questions

1.Do these benefit from a de-cat? (this wil be the first non-turbo Jap car ive had)

2.Can anybody advise a loud cat-back exhaust for the NA?

3.can anybody advise a induction system for the NA

This is basically as far as i want to go with mods before i possibly go SINGLE maybe next year.

1) Yes - Ask Chris Wilson on here he makes excellent decat pipes and did mine.

2) That's most of 'em

3) General concensus - Waste of money with no performance gain and poor filtration compared to stock.

Ok thanks mate

Any ideas of Brand/models of exhaust to go for?

thanks for the honesty on the Induction:)

When it comes to brand it's very much personal preferance and people have their faves.

I have an RS*R which I'm happy with, it's not fully stainless sadly but I got it new at an umissable price. It's a popular choice.

Best thing is come to JAE this month and have a look and listen to other peoples.

HKS have just made a hi power variant cat back exhaust for the NA, the only difference between the tt one and the NA is the pipe diameter.

WQith regard to your loud exhaust question, if you take the cats out, pretty much any exhaust you put on will make a fair bit of noise.
