A simple install using the bit where the standard subwoofer was. Two amps and a power cap. I wanted an install where I could get the roof in the boot and use the rear seats when I wanted, also keeping the spare wheel.

So a free sub box was the only answer, on the seats folded forward for summer to keep the boot clear for the roof, In the boot in the winter to free the back seats, or take it out completely to cart stuff around.

That's a great idea Rob, with the winter summer thing. Do you have pics of the sub box mounted in the boot with the roof?

Captain Chaos, wasn't he in that film with Bert Reynolds?

Yours looks sweet too. I was going to remove my seats for my fibreglass install but decided not to cos too much hassle. Does it affect your insurance at all?

When the roof is on the sub box can go in the boot and seats will be up. You can't have the sub and roof in the boot together, the sub needs to be on the folded down seats. It actually sounds better there. The sub sits right behind the seat when its in the boot. Sorry I don't have a picture to hand.

Doh! That answer is so obvious.
