Yep two 3ltr turbos. Not a bad drive I suppose and REALLY cheap to insure but never had one which didn't explode randomly
I think there's a rumour that they blow head gaskets.... :)

 

Bryan, according to mkiiisupra.net, the JZA70 (2.5 TT) was available as an Aerotop. As Scooter said, not that common in the UK, even as a hardtop.

as Gareth knows, if 7M's dont scare you, you can make monsters outta them :-)
There would be a lot of satisfaction in owning said monster, but I think you'd agree it would require a lot of dedication and enthusiasm. A Mk3 is on the list of cars I'd like to own, but I'm afraid I'd take the easier route and go for a 2.5 TT.

Well Gareth were building a big single Jza70 for a customer in a few months time, Prolly gonna go 1.5JZ (2JZ bottom end 1JZ head) running a GT4088(65mm). Should put the cat amongst some more pigeons too :D
